Tell us about yourself ? Where you come from , your background ?
I was born at St. Margaret's Hospital in Dorchester, MA on September 2nd, 1975. I grew up in a small town called Hingham, 20 minutes south of Boston. I now live in the heart of downtown sunny Burbank.
What do you think makes a good story?
A good story grabs you by the shirt collar and drags you along for the ride. It won't loosen its grip no matter how hard you try to fight it.
Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?
This new book is overtly autobiographical. I've walked these streets of Boston, hung with these unique artists, and experienced these crazy red carpet events in Hollywood.
When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?
I stumbled upon a biography on Henry Miller who wrote the controversial "Tropic of Cancer." That sparked an interest for me to walk in his shoes so I travelled to Paris where he wrote his book and after that I headed to Big Sur, California, where he spent his latter years. After all that, I knew I was destined to live a life less ordinary and share my idiosyncratic experiences with the world.
Tell us about your Your Book ?
The story follows the turbulent journey of an underground writer from Boston who launches a revolutionary new movement called "shit-house poetry." As the leader of "The Dukes of Damage," his mission is this: to spread his art onto every open square inch of public space (restrooms, walls, bus shelters) he can find and in so doing, change the world. As he ranges through the streets of the city and applies twisted literary vines dressed in urban code, he morphs into the next great media darling but quickly sinks in a cesspool of his own making.
Do you have anything specific that you want to say to readers of CarryOnHarry Talk Show ?

What was the hardest part of writing this book?
The biggest challenge is keeping my butt on the chair and fighting my urge to head to my fridge for a ham and cheese sandwich.
A good villain/ A difficult situation is hard to write. How did you get in touch with your inner villain(s)/difficult situation to write this book. Was there a real-life inspiration for him/her/it?
Sometimes the tree loves its cutter. The sinner loves its sins. The villain in my new novel is anyone who stands in the way of artistic expression.
How do you develop your plots and characters?
My work mainly stems from an interesting occupation. I use that as a building block, investigate the world and people, and let the trajectory of the story flow from there.
What does your Book Aims at , Where does it take the reader ?
My new novel brings you into the arcane world of the shit-house poet. Part rapper, part graffiti artist, part literary superstar. It transports you into the ascension of fame and all the pleasures and pitfalls that come with it.
What are your future project(s)?
I've launched a new publishing arm of my branding company called Wickid Pissa Books so I'm looking to launch a new sports novel soon and I'm moving into pre-production of my next film "One Hit Wonder", which I will direct, star, and feature my original music.
